At ATAARA, we understand that the perfect fit makes every garment even more special. Select styles may be eligible for customization or alterations to better suit your preferences while preserving the integrity of the design.

1. Available Customizations

Depending on the garment, we may offer:

Custom sizing
Length adjustments
Sleeve modifications
Other alterations approved by our team following consultation via WhatsApp or email

All customization requests are subject to review and confirmation by the ATAARA team. We reserve the right to decline requests that are not technically feasible or may affect the design, fit, craftsmanship, or overall quality of the garment.

2. Before You Place Your Order

Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements, specifications, and customization details.

ATAARA cannot be held responsible for fit-related issues arising from incorrect or incomplete measurements provided by the customer.

If you require assistance with measurements, our team will be happy to guide you before you place your order.

3. Production & Delivery

Customized garments are individually crafted and may require additional production time beyond our standard dispatch timelines.

Estimated production and dispatch timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

As every customized garment is made specifically for you:

Customized, altered, and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Customized products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except where the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect customized product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video for verification.

5. Handcrafted Variations

Every ATAARA garment is thoughtfully crafted with care and attention to detail.

As each customized piece is individually made, slight variations in colour, embroidery placement, print placement, finishing, texture, or measurements may naturally occur. These variations are an inherent characteristic of handcrafted garments and contribute to the uniqueness of every piece.

6. Product Appearance

While we make every effort to accurately represent our products, colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting conditions, monitor settings, and screen resolution.

Such variations shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
